† Each classroom will be limited to 1/2 occupancy for physical distancing.
† No outdoor bags or toys in the rooms. Kids bags are to remain outside in the hall or with parents.
† Every child, family & Jesus Club Kids team member will be screened by our sign-in hosts using the Alberta Government recommended screening questions.

† Masks are required for all adults in the hallway.
† Hand sanitizer will be in the halls and signs for directions, as well as safety reminders.
† Hallway Monitors will direct and allow appropriate amounts of people in the hall to accommodate social distancing.
Our Check In/Out will be low contact.
† Kids sign-in host will welcome your family and will ask if anyone has symptoms or has had symptoms using a Government recommended list. They will be wearing masks for your protection.
† Only the Kids sign-in host will touch the pad and sign kids in. ● Parents will take the tags off of the label and will place stickers on their child and the number sticker on their own body.
† Kids room leaders will be at the door wearing a mask, and will write names and codes on the sign-in sheet to keep a low touch contact.
† At check-out, to avoid crowds in the hallway, the Hall Monitor will allow parents in the hall to pick up the child as space allows and appropriate physical distancing can happen. Please line up at the sign-in area.
† At check-out, Kids room leaders will sign out using the clipboards. They will check tags of the parent to child. The leader will NOT take the child’s tag off but parents can do so afterward.
† Once the parent has checked out kids they will exit out the east door past the lady s washroom. Follow the EXIT signs.
In Room Experience:
† We recognize that social distancing is challenging for young children so we are designing a “Low-Touch, High Sanitization Experience.” We will be making adjustments in curriculum to cut back on things like shared items, the types and number of toys, snacks, giving high fives etc.
† Room and curriculum adjustments are: Each child will have their own set of supplies in a box marked with their name ie: markers, pencil, glue stick, play-dough, chair.
† Leaders will be assigned kids to their small group (cohort). They will stay within their small group for the entirety of the morning.
† Hand sanitizer will be available and used in all rooms.
